- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Typically 3-7 business days (varies by location).
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Shipping Areas
- We currently ship within the United States.
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Freshness Guarantee
We take every precaution to ensure your sourdough arrives fresh and delicious. If your package is significantly delayed or arrives in poor condition, please contact us at proloafsourdough@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ProLoaf Sourdough is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If you believe your package is missing, please check with your local carrier or reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist.
