Refund policy
At ProLoaf Sourdough, we take pride in crafting high-quality, gut-friendly sourdough. While we hope you love every loaf, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below is our return and refund policy to ensure a smooth experience for you.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original packaging
- In the same condition you received it
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, please email us at proloafsourdough@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Please do not send back any items without prior approval, as we cannot accept unauthorized returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it upon arrival and reach out to us immediately at proloafsourdough@gmail.com. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible!
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods (such as our sourdough bread). Other non-returnable items include:
- Custom or special order products
- Gift cards
- Sale items
If you have concerns about a specific item, please reach out—we’re happy to help!
Exchanges
The best way to get the product you want is to place a new order after your return is approved. Once we receive and process your return, you’ll receive a refund, and you can purchase your preferred item separately.
European Union Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must still meet the same return criteria listed above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please reach out to us at proloafsourdough@gmail.com.
